- Your service type and any notes you choose to share
We don't collect payment information. We don't use cookies for tracking. We don't run analytics tools that profile your browsing behavior.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to deliver your free AI visibility report and follow up with you about it.
Specifically:
- To run your AI presence audit (querying ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, and Claude for your business)
- To email you your personalized report
- To follow up with you if you want to discuss next steps — and only if you want to
We will not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone, ever
- We don't share your data with third-party advertisers
- We don't use third-party ad tracking pixels or retargeting tools
- We don't send unsolicited marketing emails
- We don't share your business details with competitors
4. Form submission service
We use FormSubmit to process form submissions. When you submit the intake form, your information is transmitted through FormSubmit's service and delivered to our email. FormSubmit's own privacy policy governs how they handle form data in transit.
5. Data retention
We retain your information only as long as needed to deliver your report and any follow-up you've requested. If you'd like your data deleted, just email us and we'll remove it promptly.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information entirely
- Stop any follow-up communication
